Once you complete the coached project, you earn your Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. You can schedule about 30 minutes a week (for about 13 weeks) to touch base with our instructor for coaching. Upon earning a 70% or better on the exam, you will begin your coached project on your own time. At the conclusion of the online coursework, you will take an exam and you must score 70% or better. With the option to earn a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate, this course provides principles and methods for process improvement by eliminating.
